Expressive Art
Known as Therapeutic art, is a gentle and accessible way to explore and express emotions that may be difficult to put into words. Whether in a group, with a partner (dyad), or in a one-on-one session, we use art, in any form, as a tool for emotional release and healing.You don’t need any artistic experience. This is a safe, welcoming, and judgment-free space where you are encouraged to create freely and connect with your inner self.By expressing emotions through colour, shape, and movement, we support the release of tension from the body, helping you feel lighter, calmer, and more grounded.
It’s a form of somatic healing, where the body and mind work together to find peace.Please refer to our schduel below.

Hello, I'm Yana!
My journey with yoga began when I experienced its profound healing power for the first time. In 2013, by chance, I met an Indian Guru who introduced me to Ashtanga Yoga. This life-changing experience led me to the deep healing I had been seeking for years and set me on a path of self-discovery and transformation.Today, I am a certified Vinyasa Flow Yoga Instructor, Yoga Breath Coach, Deep Stretch Yoga Instructor, Somatic Yoga Instructor specializing in trauma-informed yoga, and Certified Therapeutic Art Practitioner. My approach integrates mindful movement, breath-work, and somatic healing through expressive art and journaling to support individuals in releasing tension, restoring balance, and deepening their connection to mind and body.In addition to my specialty classes, I enjoy teaching regular Vinyasa Flow
yoga, offering dynamic and accessible sessions that help students build strength, flexibility, and mindfulness. I have experience working with corporate clients, creating yoga and breath-work sessions tailored to reduce stress,
enhance focus, and promote overall well-being in the workplace.I am passionate about guiding others through their own journeys, whether
